This ranch is composed of rolling sand sagebrush hills and is all contiguous.The quail hunting is excellent and has a very good population of bobwhite quail. Quail feeders are placed thorughout the property and are filled year round. Milo is planted as well on portions of the property. Whitetail deer and mule deer are on the property as well. Pronghorn antelope are on the property also and lessees will be given all tags that are given to the landowner by the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife. The number of tags is unknown at this point. A furnished 3 bedroom hunting cabin is provided for the lessees as well. Price for this exclusive hunting lease is $3.25/acre.
